These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of smartweddingassistant.com (the "Platform") operated by Velarion Systems OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing credits, or interacting with the AI assistant, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
Smart Wedding Assistant is an AI-powered planning tool designed to help users organise and plan weddings through interactive chat-based guidance.
The Platform may provide recommendations, checklists, timelines, vendor-related suggestions, and planning ideas based on user inputs.
The Platform does not provide professional legal, financial, medical, or licensed wedding planning services.
You acknowledge that any output generated by the AI assistant is for informational purposes and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.
We may restrict or refuse access where required for legal, compliance, or security reasons.
When creating an account, you agree to:
• provide accurate and complete information;
• keep your account credentials secure;
• be responsible for all activity performed under your account;
• promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or create security/compliance risks.
The Platform operates on a credit-based model.
• You may purchase credits and spend them to use the AI assistant chat functionality.
• 1 credit = 1 word (as displayed on the Platform).
• Your remaining credit balance is shown in your account interface.
Credits are digital units used to access Platform features and do not represent stored monetary value or a financial account.
You acknowledge that:
• the number of credits used may depend on conversation length and responses generated;
• word counts may vary depending on formatting and language;
• credits may be consumed even if the output is not used or saved by you.
The Platform does not support withdrawals or cash-out functionality. Credits are non-transferable and intended solely for use on the Platform.
You may enter:
• the amount in EUR, or
• the number of credits you want to purchase,
and the Platform will calculate the final payment amount automatically.
At present, payments may be available in the following currencies (as shown at checkout): EUR, NZD, HUF, CZK, PLN, CHF, CAD, MXN, CLP.
Currency availability may change depending on payment provider rules, banking restrictions, or technical updates.
The Platform may allow coupon codes or discounts.
• If a coupon is valid, the discount will be shown automatically during checkout.
• Coupons may have limits (expiry dates, minimum purchase amount, one-time use, account restrictions).
• We may reject or cancel coupon use where fraud, abuse, or error is detected.
Prices displayed on the Platform are final for the purposes of purchasing credits. The Company does not add additional taxes at checkout unless required by applicable law. Any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (including currency conversion fees) are outside the Company's control.
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers ("Payment Providers"). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Your payment may be subject to authorisation, fraud checks, and security screening by your bank or Payment Provider.
If a payment is declined or fails:
• credits will not be added;
• the transaction will not be completed.
We are not responsible for declines caused by issuing banks, card schemes, or Payment Providers.
If you believe you were charged more than once or incorrectly, you must contact us at contact@smartweddingassistant.com with transaction details. We will review the issue and, where needed, coordinate with the Payment Provider.
After a successful payment, the Platform may provide a payment confirmation, receipt, and/or invoice in electronic form (where available).
Invoices are issued based on the billing details provided by the User during checkout. The User is responsible for ensuring that billing information is accurate and complete.
If you require an invoice or need corrections, please contact Support at contact@smartweddingassistant.com and provide the relevant transaction details.
Because credits are digital and the Platform provides immediate access to digital services, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
We may consider refunds in limited cases, for example:
• a confirmed technical error prevented credits from being delivered after successful payment;
• a confirmed duplicate charge occurred for the same purchase;
• the Platform was unavailable for a prolonged period after purchase due to a verified incident.
Refunds are generally not provided if:
• credits were already used;
• you changed your mind after purchase;
• you were dissatisfied with AI responses, style, or usefulness;
• your issue is caused by third-party device, browser, network, or account access problems.
Unjustified chargebacks, payment abuse, or repeated disputes may result in:
• account restrictions or termination;
• suspension of access to credits and services;
• reporting to payment partners where required.
You agree not to:
• use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Platform;
• upload harmful code or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the Platform to generate content that violates rights of others or applicable law;
• abuse discounts, coupons, or payment systems.
We may restrict access where we detect abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
You acknowledge that:
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect;
• the Platform does not guarantee results or outcomes;
• you are responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions;
• you should verify critical details (e.g., contracts, budgets, vendor terms, venue rules, timelines).
All Platform content, branding, design, software, and systems are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal wedding planning purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or exploit the Platform without written permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, or supported currencies, for technical, security, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available";
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
• our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or create security/compliance risks. In such cases, unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
