For paid services:

• Purchase fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Refunds may be granted in cases of non-delivery, technical errors preventing access, or duplicate charges.
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to contact@smartweddingassistant.com with supporting details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
